At the end of January 2006 Carrs Volkswagen moved to new purpose built premises at Indian Queens. These represent a very significant investment for the company and I believe they now offer customers the best facilities of any car retailer in the South West. However, facilities mean nothing without the right staff working in them. Because of this my aim always is to recruit the right staff, train them and give them the tools to do their jobs.
