1. We only offer genuine Volkswagen parts through authorised repairers Following an accident, and when using an authorised repairer, we’ll organise and pay for all necessary repairs. For your added peace of mind all repairs are repairer guaranteed for three years.

2. Guaranteed new car replacement during the first year of registration
If during the first year of registration your car sustains damage amounting to more than 60% of the retail price (including VAT) we’ll replace it.

3. We’ll provide a courtesy car while your car is being repaired
We'll provide a courtesy car, whilst your car is being repaired by an authorised repairer, no matter who is to blame for the accident that keeps your car off the road.

4. Our market-leading cover includes additional benefits such as:

• Child seat replacement - Cover if the seat is occupied and damaged following a road accident.
• Emergency overnight accommodation or travel expenses

If your car has been damaged or stolen, we’ll pay up to £40 per person for you and your passengers for overnight accommodation or for travelling home.

5. Volkswagen also provides and enhanced insurance product, which includes the following increased cover:

• Minimum Class D courtesy car cover (e.g. medium sized hatchback or saloon)
• Up to £1,000 cover for replacement locks following loss or theft of keys
• Up to £1,000 cover for road rage and car jacking
