Our Authorised Fleet Retailers ensure an infrastructure is in place to support business customers. Each Retailer has a dedicated Fleet Sales Manager or Fleet Sales Executive; in some instances both.
Their knowledge of Volkswagen’s product and the fleet industry guarantees a first-class and efficient service to customers.
Fundamentally Fleet
To ensure the ongoing quality of our service, dedicated fleet sales retailers will take part in the Volkswagen Fundamentally Fleet Programme. Launched in 2005, it has gone from strength to strength and is aimed at motivating, recognising and rewarding excellence within our network.
Retailers undertake various business-related activities throughout the year to demonstrate their customer service and product knowledge skills. At the end of the year the top qualifying Fleet Sales Managers and Fleet Sales Executives qualify to attend an Assessment Centre where their skills are further tested, before the Fundamentally Fleet awards are presented to our top performers.
